Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure all items are properly boxed, sealed, and labeled according to shipping standards to prevent damage.
- Inventory Accuracy: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
