Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving materials within the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records. We are looking for reliable individuals who take safety seriously.
Responsibilities
- Operate electric or internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts using RF scanners or manual methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
