Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and distribution.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
