Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and assist in the packing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (if applicable) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our paid training program.
