Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Load, unload, and stage palletized inventory onto trailers and shelves.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweep and organize the floor.
- Assist with inventory accuracy checks and stock replenishment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we offer paid training for qualified candidates).
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation.
- Must be available for full-time shifts.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
