Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform basic inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must pass a basic drug screen and background check (criminal record check not required).
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
