Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stack pallets efficiently.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the forklift to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and logging stock movements.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CLP/RFID) required; valid certification provided.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
