Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S principles and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift License) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate overtime needs.
