Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy access for the team.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transport.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork regarding load status and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Certification: Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
