Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility.
- Inspect machinery for safety issues before operation and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and stored properly to optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse aisles and work areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Pallet Jack preferred).
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
