Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain real-time inventory counts using RF scanning systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during off-peak hours
- Conduct quality checks on perishable/non-perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document all activities using our proprietary WMS platform
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid NY state ID and clean background check
