Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to strict safety protocols.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFL, RFSC, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
