Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues before use and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels using inventory management systems.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including packaging, labeling, and palletizing.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read labels and pick lists accurately.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
