Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and logs of stock movements.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to organize warehouse stock and optimize storage efficiency.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
