Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging inventory.
