Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Inspect packages for damage and properly label and wrap items for shipment.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas, TX location.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
