Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately load/unload shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient inventory flow
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train on new warehouse technologies as systems evolve
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced settings
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
