Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to Mesa, AZ location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
