Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in assigned zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
