Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and logging quantities in the system.
- Ensure the safety of the workspace by following all OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep the storage area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification (CDL Class A/B not required but preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
