Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment for mechanical issues before use and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and rotated according to FIFO/FEFO standards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (Preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
