Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stack materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Verify inventory accuracy and document all movements using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
