Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Organize and stack inventory according to established safety and organizational protocols.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and document all transactions accurately using warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class A or B is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory.
