Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Stack and arrange cargo on pallets, shelves, or racks according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CFL or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
