Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise accurately according to shipping and receiving orders.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
