Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment and delivery.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (valid forklift license required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
