Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for distribution.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift License) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating industrial material handling equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
