Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company warehouse policies.
- Stack and organize products in designated storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Must possess valid license and current certification).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
