Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets and freight according to safety protocols and workflow schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation processes.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (we provide the training!).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
