Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, organizing warehouse shelves, and ensuring inventory accuracy through scanning systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily shipping targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
