Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members for seamless warehouse operations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and palletizing materials
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts
- Clean background check and drug screen required
- Must pass pre-employment physical assessment
