Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using proper rigging techniques
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to read and interpret inventory documents and shipping manifests
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
