Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
