Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Assist in organizing storage areas to maximize space utilization
- Participate in cross-functional training for material handling equipment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability to work overtime shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Preferable experience with RF scanners
