Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and resolve logistical challenges.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper securing techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance and Reach Truck preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
