Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Load/unload freight trucks with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- No prior warehouse experience required
