Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS system updates and cycle counts
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and obtain necessary certifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
