Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies during operations.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and logging stock movements.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
