Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods and materials
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist with warehouse organization and safety audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5 AM-1 PM or 1 PM-9 PM)
