Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to maintain operational flow
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Valid state-issued driver's license (must be presented during onboarding)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose, Ohio facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
