Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution environments
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment before/during shifts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Manage inventory documentation and tracking systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Operate other warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, scanners) as needed
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with overtime potential
