Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehousing principles
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) for accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
