Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure OSHA compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
