Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy and document stock movements using warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in the preparation and staging of outbound shipments for transport.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read safety labels and operational manuals.
