Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols and weight limits.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and organizing the warehouse floor.
- Verify inventory accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent training required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Valid Driver's License (not required for warehouse duties but preferred).
