Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning tags and maintaining organized storage systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Clean work areas and maintain a tidy environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (CDL Class B preferred but not always required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
