Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement within the warehouse system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on all equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly required for enthusiastic applicants.
