Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to ensure optimal workflow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily productivity and resolve operational challenges.
- Perform quality control checks on shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
