Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the warehouse manager immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Update inventory records and assist in physical inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
