Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of stock levels and assist with cycle counting and inventory organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License: A current driver's license is required for warehouse access.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety when handling goods.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is required for safety instructions and communication.
